Former President Trump raised more than $1 million dollars on Monday
to benefit victims in the wake of the devastation left by Hurricane
Helene.

A GoFundMe page was launched by the Trump campaign following the
former president's visit to battered Georgia where he toured hard-hit
areas left in Helene's wake.

"With so many across the Southeastern U.S. facing challenges after the
storm, President Trump is on the ground in communities to see the
aftermath firsthand," the page states. "All donations will be directed
to help those most affected by Hurricane Helene. Any level of
generosity will go a long way for your fellow Americans who are
suffering."

Donors included former U.S. Sen. Kelly Loeffler, R-Ga., who gave
$500,000. Bass Pro Shop, known for its chain of wilderness-themed
stores and wide array of hunting, fishing & outdoor gear, gave
$100,000.

A donor by the name of Dana White, presumably the CEO of the Ultimate
Fighting Championship who is a close friend of Trump's and spoke at
this year's Republican National Convention, also gave $100,000.

Hedge fund billionaire William Ackman also pledged $100,000. Other
donors included Kid Rock, U.S. Sen. Senator John Barrasso, R-Wy., and
personal injury attorney Dan Newlin.

Trump paid a visit to Valdosta, Georgia on Monday where he criticized
the federal response to the disaster.

"Our hearts are with you and we are going to be with you as long as
you need it," he said, flanked by a group of elected officials and
Republican supporters.

'President Biden approves emergency declaration for Alabama ahead of
Hurricane Helene

By Sarah Broadway Sep 26, 2024

FEMA announced on Thursday that federal disaster assistance is available
to the state of Alabama to supplement response efforts due to emergency
conditions from Hurricane Helene.'

For your reference, Hurricane Helene didn't make landfall in Florida
until September 27. And on September 23:

'Today, President Joseph R. Biden, Jr. declared that an emergency exists
in the State of Florida and ordered Federal assistance to supplement
State, tribal, and local response efforts due to the emergency
conditions resulting from Tropical Storm Helene beginning on September
23, 2024, and continuing.'

Do I need to go on?

Go on and quit ducking this:

Let's talk now about your craven cowardly act of running away from this
massive aquatic lie you repeatedly tendered on Trump:

https://www.theguardian.com/environment/2019/dec/22/delta-smelt-fish-trump-california-aoe

"Last fall, Trump signed a memorandum directing federal agencies to
review and roll back environmental standards slowing down the flow of
water to farms in the Central Valley. In February this year, the
president nominated David Bernhardt to serve as his interior secretary.

...turning down the pumps isn’t quite as easy as shutting off a faucet.
The multi-story state and federal pumping plants operate in tandem and
are powerful enough to make rivers flow backward.

If the delta smelt go, California may be able to pump some more."

https://envirobites.org/2019/06/24/farmers-vs-fish-the-story-of-delta-smelt/

"To move water around, over 1,400 dams and miles of aqueducts have been
constructed. A tidal wetland-turned-agricultural land, the Sacramento –
San Joaquin Delta is the center of California’s water distribution
system. About half of California’s developed water moves through the
delta via two pumping plants: Central Valley Project (CVP) and the State
Water Project."

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Central_Valley_Project

"The Central Valley Project (CVP) is a federal power and water
management project in the U.S. state of California under the supervision
of the United States Bureau of Reclamation (USBR). It was devised in
1933 in order to provide irrigation and municipal water to much of
California's Central Valley—by regulating and storing water in
reservoirs in the northern half of the state (once considered water-rich
but suffering water-scarce conditions more than half the year in most
years), and transporting it to the water-poor San Joaquin Valley and its
surroundings by means of a series of canals, aqueducts and pump plants,
some shared with the California State Water Project (SWP). Many CVP
water users are represented by the Central Valley Project Water Association.

Two large reservoirs, Shasta Lake and Trinity Lake, are formed by a pair
of dams in the mountains north of the Sacramento Valley. Water from
Shasta Lake flows into the Sacramento River which flows to the
Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta and water from Trinity Lake flows into the
Trinity River which leads to the Pacific Ocean. Both lakes release water
at controlled rates. There, before it can flow on to San Francisco Bay
and the Pacific Ocean, some of the water is intercepted by a diversion
channel and transported to the Delta-Mendota Canal, which conveys water
southwards through the San Joaquin Valley, supplying water to San Luis
Reservoir (a SWP-shared facility) and the San Joaquin River at Mendota
Pool in the process, eventually reaching canals that irrigates farms in
the valley. Friant Dam crosses the San Joaquin River upstream of Mendota
Pool, diverting its water southwards into canals that travel into the
Tulare Lake area of the San Joaquin Valley, as far south as the Kern
River. Finally, New Melones Lake, a separate facility, stores water flow
of a San Joaquin River tributary for use during dry periods. Other
smaller, independent facilities exist to provide water to local
irrigation districts"

to benefit victims in the wake of the devastation left by Hurricane

Amazing, isn't it?

Other
smaller, independent facilities exist to provide water to local
irrigation districts"

stores and wide array of hunting, fishing & outdoor gear, gave

This is what a leader does.
Biden and Harris are too busy trying scam another election to give a hoot about
these people who are truly suffering.
They are both POS.

Remember how Bush was criticized about not doing enough and not

Former President Trump raised more than $1 million dollars on Monday
to benefit victims in the wake of the devastation left by Hurricane
Helene.
A GoFundMe page was launched by the Trump campaign following the
former president's visit to battered Georgia where he toured hard-hit
areas left in Helene's wake.
"With so many across the Southeastern U.S. facing challenges after the
storm, President Trump is on the ground in communities to see the
aftermath firsthand," the page states. "All donations will be directed
to help those most affected by Hurricane Helene. Any level of
generosity will go a long way for your fellow Americans who are
suffering."

The governors in those states SPECIFICALLY asked them not to come.

And as for them not saying anything, you're just lying or ignorant.

And as for them not saying anything, you're just lying or ignorant.
Here's you running away...

A little something from the governor of Georgia, sunshine:

'Here’s what actually happened, according to Governor Kemp:

“The president just called me yesterday afternoon and I missed him and
called him right back and he just said ‘Hey, what do you need?’ And I
told him, you know, we’ve got what we need, we’ll work through the
federal process,” Kemp said. “He offered if there are other things we
need just to call him directly, which I appreciate that.”

Kemp also said that FEMA had been imbedded since two days BEFORE the
hurricane.'

And:

'The White House said Sunday that Biden advised Deanne Criswell,
administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency, that "as soon
as it will not disrupt emergency response operations, he intends to
travel this week to impacted communities."'

He was an uninvited intruder in a disaster zone. Probably tossing rolls of

And Harris isn't in Georgia...

...because the last thing that an area of disaster needs is to have to
safeguard the VP or even a presidential candidate when they have much
more important work to be doing.

Former President Trump raised more than $1 million dollars on Monday
to benefit victims in the wake of the devastation left by Hurricane
Helene.
Trump didn't raise that money, but that's not what I'm here to add:

This is about his claims that Musk gave people Starlink internet access
for free.

Turns out (surprise!) that was pure bullshit:

Starlink access was requested two days before the hurricane struck by
the governors of Georgia and South Carolina.

The Biden administration approved it the same day.

FEMA paid for it the same day.

It was up and running two days before Trump got on TV and claimed Elon
gave everyone free internet access because he, Trump, called him and
asked him to.

Trump was lying.

Fox is lying.

Elon is lying by not correcting Trump.

And you, Trumpian, are gullible enough to believe it, because you’ve
spent the last 9 years with your head so far up Trump’s ass you can see
his tonsils.
